He loves the color orange, his favorite movie is Christmas Vacation, he has a mild infatuation with Jackie Chan, and truly believes that Puns are the highest form of humor. Coach Tea
Coach Tea doesn’t know how to write in the third person so she’s switching it up 😊 I’m Tea! I’m a mom of 2 beautiful girls, a former collegiate athlete, Dr. by day and serial entrepreneur by night. I started Crossfit in 2013 and was immediately hooked competing in almost every local comp that would take me. Only about a year later I started my coaching journey! As a coach, I strive to push people outside of their comfort zone, and place a heavy focus on fundamentals, optimal movement patterns, and steady progression. I love teaching athletes proper activation and witnessing those moments when everything just clicks! Things I love: heavy barbell cycling, echo bike, and double unders. Things that sometimes make me cry: handstand pushups, burpee box jump overs, and rowing.
Some fun facts about me – I have 2 different colored eyes, I’ve competed in a man vs. food challenge, my husband has been my best friend since 6th grade, at one point in time I owned over 100 pairs of sneakers, and I birthed a baby in my bedroom!

Coach CF Level 1
Coach Rick
Howdy all!
Coach Rick here to tell you a little bit more about myself and some passions of mine. Shall we dive right in?
My background has been about fitness all my life. From playing high school sports (Football, Track and Swimming) to bodybuilding to endurance sports (triathlons, half and full marathons) and now CrossFit, fitness has helped me build in the discipline and drive to continuously improve myself.
I have served in the United States Navy Reserves between 1997-2001 as a Corpsman. During that time, prior and post military I worked as a Paramedic in various states. Now I work full time for a military bank coaching teams to be better versions of themselves.
Over the past several years I have taken the opportunity to build my fitness knowledge and coaching. I am a NASM Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise, Youth and Performance Specialist, Nutritional Coach, CrossFit Level I and US Triathlon Endurance Coach.
My passions as an athlete is to continue learning and growing in the world of CrossFit. I love when
athletes grow in CrossFit by being mindful of their progress. I am a true believer that as a coach it is important to learn about the people you are coaching and understand how to scale certain movements so they can get the stimulation while keeping them safe. Lastly. I believe in the power of questions.
Being inquisitive can teach a coach so much about a person in a short period of time.
I have two children ages 17 (son) and 26 (daughter) who are both on their own fitness journey by finding ways to keep their bodies moving and healthy. My son who is an all year around hockey player takes time to build in fitness off ice and does CrossFit. With my daughter she was a cheerleader in high school
and continues to build in fitness by working out and running.
Hope to see you in our CrossFit gym soon. We have a great community of athletes who help and
challenge each other in and out of the gym.
“Change takes time, so give it time”.
